Project Description

SAI provided engineering design, bidding and construction administration services for a series of projects completed for this high-rise condo complex. In connection with replacement of the roof, there are about 50 roof-mounted fans for toilet exhaust, dryer exhausts, and general exhausts that will be affected. The intent is to replace the fans at the same time as the roof with direct-drive dome exhaust fans wherever possible. We have provided both construction administration and Bid services on the previous projects.
